REFUND POLICY
Returns can be made up to 10 days after date of purchase for a refund or exchange. Please send an email to greetings@modernwaremarket.com for return instructions. In most cases, customers will be responsible for return shipping costs. Items must be returned in their original condition with the original packaging. Refunds will be processed once the item has been received by our warehouse. Original shipping costs will not be refunded.
We carefully inspect all items are in pristine condition before shipping. If an item arrives damaged or missing from the package, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order at greetings@modernwaremarket.com. Photos of the damage and a detailed description is required to initiate a claim. We will work diligently to resolve your issue as quickly as possible.
