 RETURN POLICY

Sometimes you change your mind-- and that's okay!

Returns can be made up to 10 days after date of delivery for a refund to the original method of payment, less shipping costs. Please send an email to greetings@modernwaremarket.com for return instructions. Customers will be responsible for all return shipping costs, and items must be returned in their original condition with the original packaging. Returning is at your own risk; we are not liable for damages caused by inadequate packaging or if the item is damaged or lost while being returned to us. Items that are damaged when we receive them, or lost in transit, will not be eligible for a refund and you will be notified via email.  Refunds will be processed once the item has been received by our warehouse.  Please allow 3-7 business days to process your refund.

If you would like to return an item purchased through Facebook/Instagram, please note that we cannot issue a return shipping label for these orders and return shipping will be solely the responsibility of the customer. 

We carefully inspect all items are in pristine condition before shipping. If an item arrives damaged or missing from the package, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order at greetings@modernwaremarket.com.  Photos of the damage and a detailed description is required to initiate a claim. We will work diligently to resolve your issue as quickly as possible. 

Any items marked as Sale will be exempt from being returned.  All jewelry, hair accessories and hats are final sale and cannot be returned.
